Please note that the resort fee will be waived for reservations with a 5+ night stay. Reservations with less than a 5 night stay will be subjected to the resort fee of $42.67 + tax per room, per night, paid locally.

From January 8 to January 20, 2024, the Waterpark will be undergoing its annual maintenance. During this time, specific sections of the Waterpark will experience partial closures on different days.
To minimize any inconvenience, they have strategically planned the maintenance to only affect specific areas at a time, to ensure that the Waterpark remains partially accessible, throughout your stay. Please be assured that the Main Pool will not be affected and will continue to operate as usual during this period.

Terms and Conditions

• Call certificates or exchange certificates must be exchanged for the applicable ticket at any Walt Disney World Theme Park ticket window or a Disney Springs Guest Relations window
• Each adult guest will be required to show proof of Canadian residency as specified below at the time of exchange. Any of the following shall constitute proof of Canadian residency: (i) a valid Canadian passport, (ii) a valid Canadian driver’s license, or (iii) a valid Canadian Provincial identification card.  If the guest does not have one of the IDs indicated above, then for each ticket purchased for an adult the guest must provide one of the following dated within the last 2 months evidencing a Canadian residential address (not a PO Box), together with a corresponding picture ID (passport, driver’s license, any other government –issued identification card) : monthly mortgage statement; Provincial Vehicle Registration or Title; homeowner’s insurance policy or bill; automobile insurance policy or bill; utility bill; mail from a financial institution, including checking, savings, or investment account statement; or mail from a Federal, Provincial, or City government agency.  A print of an electronic bill of the type described above is acceptable.  Photocopies and fax copies of bills are not acceptable.
• The persons who will use the Special Offer Canada Resident Tickets must be present at the time of ticket pick up
• Discounted Canada Resident Offer tickets are valid for 5+ Day Walt Disney World Base, Park Hopper, Water Park and Sports Option or Park Hopper Plus Tickets
• Date-based tickets expire depending on the length of ticket purchased

Please note that the Coco Key Hotel and Water Park Resort Orlando is a Universal Destination Preferred Partner.

Please note that there will be floor enhancements in progress, in the Teen pool in the water park area starting May 7, 2024 until Friday afternoon, May 10, 2024.  All other areas and water park attractions will remain open for guest’s enjoyment.

Guests will be responsible for incidental charges, which will be shown in their individual folio and paid locally

The Resort Lobby will be undergoing remodeling from January 12 to January 22, 2025. The remodeling will be carried out in sections, ensuring that parts of the lobby will always remain accessible. Guest Services Hosts will be available to assist with check-ins, check-outs, and any other service-related inquiries throughout the process.

All other areas of the hotel will still be available to guests and will not have any impact due to the lobby renovations.
